The opportunity to live independently in safe and affordable housing are vital elements in promoting higher self-esteem, self-reliance and growth.
Housing Support Services
We provide outreach, assessment and culturally sensitive referral services to prospective residents that ensures access to appropriate housing options and housing -related support services.
Recipient Participation and Peer Support
Residents play an active role in the development and frequency of their individualized service needs. Agency practices assist residents in understanding their rights and responsibilities as tenants and allow for tenants' inclusion in the development of organizational practices and housing related services. Residents have the choice to become members of the Consumer Advisory and Policy Committee of the Board of Directors.
Sleep and Mental Wellness Program
Clients of the Neighborhood Care Team will have the opportunity to participate in our newly developed sleep coaching program.
