Creating Productive Sleep in 3 Months & 3 Easy Steps


WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

STEP 1

Complete initial in-person and/or telephone assessment and maintain your tele-sleep diary by answering daily pre and post sleep questions from your cellphone, tablet or computer. 

STEP 2

Check-in with Sleep Coach each week. 

STEP 3

Work with Sleep Coach to create individualized sleep plan.
